SPECTO Aerospace & Defence is specialized in composite repair and manufacturing. We are strategically located in the Amsterdam Schiphol Area, at Naval Air Station Valkenburg, fm. home base of the Dutch Naval Air Arm.
Focus:
The prime focus of SPECTO is on aircract component maintenance. Our company is an EASA/Part-145 approved aircraft component maintenance organization with an extended Scope of Work.
Besides SPECTO is preferred supplier to a range of leading firms for the production of small series and one-off's of special products for high-grade applications.

History:
SPECTO was founded in 2003 by entrepreneurs and in-depth technical specialists as a result of a business merger.
Years of cooperation with the Royal Netherlands Navy led to special agreements with the Dutch Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Finance for the corporate use of RNLN facilities at Naval Air Station Valkenburg, home base of RNLN's fleet of P3C Orion surveillance aircrafts (the Naval Air Arm AGS-platform).
In 2006 SPECTO takes-over all composite facilities from the RNLN and moved all activities to Valkenburg Airport

Facilities:
SPECTO has its own capabilites set up in different facilities, both for composite maintenance and prodcution. Conditioned shops reach approximately 355 m2 (2.930 sq/ft.). SPECTO has floorspace available to handle major components like the P3C Aft-radomes, big S- or X-band antenna covers or cowlings.
Our skilled personnel works in well-equiped facilities needed for expert repair services.
