SPECTO Aerospace is an EASA/ FAA/ TCCA Part 145 approved Composite Repair Organization.

Steadily expanding and strengthening its position in the MRO-market. SPECTO is specialized in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of Composite and Sheet-metal Aerostructures. With a broad in-house capability and certification base, we support our international customers with both Shop and Field Repair Services.

We are expanding and strengthening our Team at Lelystad-Airport with professionals, building a Center of Excellence in Composites MRO. If you have relevant aircraft maintenance engineering experience or developed shop floor engineering skills we would like to be acquainted with you!

Are you the ambitious and motivated Engineer, with the drive to provide your colleagues with detailed information (e.g. Repair Process Plans, Preparation etc.) for composite aircraft and component repairs? Requirements:

• Ambition and motivation;
• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the field of Aircraft or Component Maintenance;
• Knowledge of and  composites;
• Team player with good social skills ;
• Be able to communicate in English;
• Technically trained, preferably BSc (HBO);
